Bigg Chungus(formerly Funkle Sam) is an improvisational funk-fusion group from Athens, GA playing since 2018. Playing everything from Jazz and Funk Standards to Latin grooves, and eclectic original compositions, Bigg Chungus has garnered a loyal following by entrancing and exciting an enthusiastic audience. With a deep-cut OG chunk-a-funk sound, surplused with light jazzy touch and bluesy tinge, Bigg Chungus introduces a unique sound and live experience wherever they play.
